I will be running a gentle Chakra Sound Bath om Sunday 16th Feb from 12-1.30 (doors open at 11.30) This session will feature soft, soothing sounds designed to balance and align the bodys energy centres. Unlike the more intense shamanic sound baths, this experience is perfect for those who are sensitive to sounds, offering a calming and nuturing environment for deep relation and healing.

This gentle sound bath is designed to align your chakras, cleanse your energy, and restore inner peace. Immerse yourself in a tranquil sound bath featuring 432Hz Crystal Bowls for chakra balance, uplifting chimes, soothing rain stick sounds, meditation and gentle vocal tones to guide relaxation. A perfect day for recharging and realigning.
