Singing Medicine Group Session 22nd March 12-2pm
Research shows that singing improves our sense of happiness and wellbeing, singing also raises our vibration, helps with sleep, improves memory, improves lungs & beats stress. You do not need to be able to sing for this workshop – You will be shown some very basic singing techniques.
We sing a variety of Sanscrit Medicine Mantras and my own Mantras that I have written for healing purposes.
Held at the The Buddha Shack, once a month At Scarborough Market Vaults, Unit 14 – next session is 22nd March12-2pm
